Staging

Standard Staging Consultation 
This consultation begins with a thorough walk-through of the exterior and interior of the home.  We will provide a staging plan that is tailored to the individual needs of the home and we leave the seller with a to-do list of action items, which includes:

• Customized room-by-room staging recommendations

• Recommendations of repairs and/or improvements

• De-cluttering and de-personalized that need to be moved or removed

• Resources for contractors 

• Options/Estimates to hire us to come back after you have decluttered, depersonalized, made updates, etc.

Premium Staging Consultation 

Same as Standard Plan above, plus after homeowner has completed the action items, we will have a final walk through and make certain your home is staged for professional photos and its listing debut.

 

With either package, we prefer to use our clients existing furniture/accessories, however, renting decorative updated furniture/accessories may be necessary so that your home has that “I have to have it” look. These options will be discussed during the staging consultation. 

 

Vacant Properties & New Construction Model Homes

Buyers are attracted to a home, not an empty space.  They have a hard time visualizing how the space will look and feel.  We will customize a staging plan that fits your home and budget. 

 

During the consultation, we will assess your home, take measurements and photos, so that we can prepare an staging plan and estimate. 

 

Stage to Live
Are you moving into a new home or want to give your current home a refresh? Our staging services can help you with color schemes, furniture placement, placing of accessories, hanging wall art, and so much more! Virtual Staging

We are proud to offer this amazing service! We are the only home stager in Georgia that offers this service to clients and the best part is it is virtual, so you don't need to be in Georgia! We can virtually stage any home so it looks its best. All we need is a photo of the room(s) and we will get to work on staging your home.
